;DI am going to post all the photos of Firebirds at SEMA 2009, here in this section, since it's under Firebirds, and General discussion. The first Bird I ran into, was this modded second gen Bird. I liked it, but it wouldn't be a car I would spend money on. Not that is wasn't done nice, it was. I would rather have that '72 style Trans Am based off the 5th gen Camaro. Anyway, onto the pictures of this Bird. Very nice work, and a super build. Maybe if it was a Trans Am, I would like it better. Either way, I am sure it is a super road car by far! ;D I did go by this car everyday, and sometimes, 3-4 times a day, and I never saw anyone by the car, so I couldn't talk with anyone. George

I did get some photos of Kevin Morgan's 5th Gen Trans Am, But the sad thing was, there wasn't enoung room with all the people, and everyone around the car. A very nice looking car for sure. I hope he can get the price down (talk is $80,000.00 ). But here is what photos I took of it. I just love the shaker. ;D And, of course, the man himself, with the car. And, for those who know me, guess who? I met Kevin Morgan on TAC, years ago, and have been lucky to have chatted with him on the net, and in person. And the last one, with both of us. Great job, Kevin! George

Kevin also gave me this: But I forgot to have him autograph it. Oh well, maybe I can get him to sent me one, signed by him. George

The last Bird I saw at SEMA, Is this fantastic 1972 looking Trans Am 5th Gen by Lingenfelter. When I first saw photos of it on the net, I liked it, but wasn't quite sure if I would in person. Well, in person, I gotta say, I LOVE IT! I finally saw it on Wednesday, as Tuesday was so busy checking out the other buildings at AEMA. But no onw was from his shop, so i couldn't talk to anyone, or see the interior with the door open, or under the hood. The girls working there, said that they never showed up at all on Wednesday. And we saw this car at the end of the day. Bummer. Anyway, check out the photos! George

Awesome birds. I really like the lingenfelter. Sorry to say, but I like it better than Kevin Morgan's.
Not sure if you viewed it yet, but I have an interview between V8TV and Ken Lingenfelter about the T/A, they show the motor, can't remember right now, but I think they show the inside also. It's posted in general discussionunder lingenfelter concept trans am

Ya, I watched them. But nothing beats seeing it right in front of you. And there is nothing wrong with liking Kevin Morgan's design better. His is nice as well. I have just been partial to early '70-'73 Trans Ams, and having one from Lingenfelter would go nice with my Lucerne Blue 1970 Trans Am. George

I like the Lingenfelter car. The paint is just gorgeous! The camera couldn't pick up the sparkles in it. It wasn't quite a glitter paint, but it sparkled.

That LPE car is just awsome. It would look perfect sitting next to the 25th!

I'm glad you showed pictures of both George!
I've met Kevin only through email. I'm surprised my name didn't come up, as I helped him launch this thing off the ground (when no one else believed it could be done, about 3 years ago.)
You are living the dream....being there....meeting everone...getting autographs.....well done to you both!
Thank-you for sharing!

The next car I saw, is a beautiful second gen Formula. Built with alot of carbon fiber, it was stunning by far! I met the owner, and chatted for awhile, and he showed me alot of the car, including the inside interior. It was great talking with him. It is a super build, and I would love this one for sure! George Glad you enjoyed the car! I built the dash panel for it and worked on the car at Fletchers Customs helping assemble it the last week before the show. I'm glad the owner Ty, had the opportunity to go with the car and meet everyone who showed up at the booth.

Not A TA, I think it was the owner I met. may have been the builder, I can't remember. Just they said it was their car, so I thought it was the owner. And Dave, Kevin didn't respond to me when I asked if he remembered my wanting to do a Smokey And The bandit trailer, before it was done. After I had posted that on TAC, he replied that he wanted to do one too. I tried looking it up on TAC, but it was before the last crash. He didn't answer me at all. After that, he didn't seem to want to talk with me anymore, or about TAC. Oh well, it is his spotlight. George
