Wow! Nice car. And it was close to where I now live (I'm just 100 miles south). I hope someday to have one in my stable too. That's why I started buying all the 10 Anniversary Trans Am decals I could find (and when I did start, they were all pretty much all gone from GM stock). I have quite a few Gm pinstripes, the hood bird, both wingtips, both 6.6 Liter and T/A 6.6 hood scoop decals, as well as the fender and rear spoiler decals. All I need is the car, and some stripes. Too bad I used alot of the stripes on my '80 Indy Turbo Trans Am, when I had it. I should have never have sold it. Good luck with your build. Keep us informed. George

Hey there, my hello to you, and a comment that I like your car! Keep up the good work!
We all love our cars here, and pour our every effort into them, to bring them back to life.
Look forward to hearing more, thanks for pics!

very nice ride, wish that all we had around here. I'll take sun damaged over a rust bucket any day.

Yes very cold, but a heated garage ;D Seriously, the weather has been playing havoc with this one. It was 65 over the weekend, which allowed the car to be sprayed, today below 30! Parts have been the big stumbling block. I just received outer window sweeps yesterday that I had ordered 3 weeks before Christmas. >:(I have waited longer on orders for this car than I have any other car I have owned. I guess people are just keeping less inventory on hand due to the economy.

I know alot of stores do their inventory around this time of year. And they don't order in as much due to the inventory. The car is coming along nicely. What's next, the dark grey paint around the hood, doors, and roof? Keep us updated with info and photos. George

The dark grey is done. Next is the spoilers, nose and tail. Then the real fun begins!

Nice! The 5/1 threw me, until I realized it's now May. I haven't been on for awhile. How long are you going to wait, until you start adding all those decals. George

Probably by the end of the month. I still have to do all of the interior also and now it appears a freeze plug might be leaking. Work also has me on the road 3-4 days a week right now, so play time is hard to come by right now.
