Very nice! I can weld, but no longer have the equipment. I know I couldn't do what you do. Regular pipe and stuff, not that thin stuff. ;D Thanks for all the updates, George

easy. turn it down , turn up the wire speed a little and trigger it. little tacks all over it until it looks like a weld. that plate on the inside sail panel took about 45min.

another way to fix a hole ;D ( HOW TO ) cut away the rust get a 1/4" bar of copper. clamp it behind the hole. the wire weld will not stick to the copper and makes the weld on the inside smooth. done other spot I fixed today

I'm astounded with your workmanship! GREAT WORK!! (On your previous one as well!) Do you have the option to heat your shop? Just wondering.

thanks bub, and yes I can heat it, but a bit pricy to heat a 60x100 building. so I'm working on a corner of the shop to put up 2 walls and a ceiling. box the car in a smaller spot that I can heat, and keep it heated so the car stays worm.

WOW! Great progress! It is coming along really fast. You mention you will be slowing down. Is it because your business might increase when it starts getting warmer. I know my job gets slow this time year and know alot of other businesses gets slow during the winter months. I know one thing you sure have done alot in such a short time. You have some skills. Thats for sure.
