George... Great shot w/ the P-51 Have you gotten your 81 back on the road yet? You should do a photo shoot w/ the 81 and 89 together. Infact I've been meaning to say you should try and do an article about the 301T and LC2 T/A's and get it in the magazines... and of course use your two birds as examples, hehe.

Ha! Even with the NOS on the 301 Turbo, it's still much slower than the V-6 turbo Buick. Remember now, I have the top of the line heavy Recaro seats in the '81. One of those front seats weighs as much as the front and back stock seats. Now, NOS on a V-6 turbo Buick....................... George

Hey George, nice site - I figured I'd make my first post some pics of my cars #124, stock 73K mile cloth/t-top car, Festival car #96 #850, stock 61K mile leather/t-top car. Featured in the Dec 2005 GMHTP Supercar Shootout #884, stock 52K mile cloth/hardtop - this car needs some TLC from being out in the desert most of it's life but I hope to make it a show winner one day #1461, stock 60K mile leather/hardtop Here's a pic you dont see too often, a pair of hardtop TTA's together (884 and 1461) Then there's my favorite, my 10 second 89 GTA street car with a TTA spec 3.8 turbo. This car has been featured in GMHTP and in a tuning magazine in Poland along with a quick mention and pic from when I won the P1 class at the 07 HPP Show & Go at E-Town And lastly, it's not a Trans AM but it's a blast to drive. It's an E55 AMG with 68K miles, one of only 1203 built for the US in 2000, has a 5.5L V8 with 349hp/391lbs.ft. torque stock and has gone 13.58 @ 104.27mph in hot and humid conditions Hopefully I can get some pics of all the cars together like Dans pics (awsome pic btw ), still trying to work on getting a new garage built at my upstate NY place.

Welcome Steve! Nice photos of some very nice cars! yes, even that German car! Here's a photo of something I didn't see very often either. Two California Turbo cars, one hardtop, one T-Top, both sitting together in sunny Northern Arizona. ;D I wonder if your car misses the great West Coast weather? Then again, I wonder if you do? ;D Great to see you here, George

Ha! You have better hurry Steve, they are talking about gas hitting 10 bucks a gallon by November this year. If that happens, I see car shows and car cruises dying everywhere. Besides vacations everyone wants to take. It's getting bad that now you have to pay for each bag you take on a plane. Arizona has lots of great things to see. The Grand Canyon, the Meteor Crator, and even having run in Lake Havasu and Bullhead City/Laughlin casinos. And that's just around my area. Winslow has a statue for the Beach Boys song, "I'm standing on a corner, in Winslow Arizona.......", which the city is right on the I40. Holbrook, on I40 turnoff to I77 has some motels that are Indian T-Pees. Park your car right in front of them. That would be cool to get a bunch of Trans Am people to go there, and spend the night. Picture time big time. ;D And, by the way, I love your red car too. I always wanted a red Trans Am/Firebird. Lisa got one, but all the cars I ever get are black, blue or white. Anyway, don't take too long on taking a vacation. ;D George

Ya Dan, I see marrage is going to be right for you. ;D Lisa always nags at me for the same reason. So I bought her a bike for last year's Christmas present. I told her it's just like buying a car, but only with unlimited milage for her! Ha! And, I even keep it in the garage. Now she can't say she doesn't keep any transportation in my garage. ;D I still think you two should tie the knot in Vegas when you come out! Ha! George

Wedding...Who would we be marrying? Why would we want to spoil a perfectly good engagement by doing something silly, haha.

After spending all your money on gas, while you are out here, that might be the only wedding you could afford. ;D You both know you want to get married by Elvis! ;D Then again, you just may do it, so I'll give you some Trans Am NOS stuff for a wedding gift. George
