I was filling up and this kid backed into it with a F-250. He said that he's done this a few times before.  His claims adjuster came out to take a look at it today and it will be fixed. The whole car will be repainted at no cost to me. Have a happy new year everyone.  |

Egads! What is with people who don't watch out? Lisa's car got hit bigtime by someone running a red light. We still haven't gotten that fixed yet. Glad to see that yours will. George  |

I decided to keep the cash the insurance company gave me and part the car out. It was originally a Michigan car and when I crawled under it I saw the floor was pretty rusty. The car also failed the smog check twice and would have been costly to repair.

Ouch. I dont think I could handle that if it were one of my birds.
When a friend junked his 82 Camaro he made sure they crushed it immediately so it wouldnt languish in the yard...
