Hi all! I had thought I had posted these pictures up before. I guess I did, just not on this website. So, how about a virtual tour thru my garage, which houses most of everything here at Trans Am Motorsports. First, the garage itself. And, off to the side, a few storage sheds, full of parts. The entrance to all the good stuff. Beware the warning. What's inside? Stay tuned. ;D George

Correct me if I'm wrong but the car under cover next to the garage looks like a 1980 Trans Am.

OK, I'll correct you. She's a 1979 Trans Am with the 403 Olds engine, and a aftermarket convertible conversion. I am waiting for Lisa to upload a few more photos for me, so I can continue to post photos in this tread. So, I need just alittle bit more time. George

Got some more photos uploaded. So, to continue on. As you walk thru the door. On the side wall. Now, some closeups of these glass display cases. The first case. This is my first set of dupes of 1/18th scale Firebirds/Formulas/Trans Ams, which are opened and displayed. This is the top half of the case. This is the bottom half of the case. Enjoy! George

WOW! Awesome collection. I like the cars and the cases. I know you have more. Start taking more pictures George and post them. I love seeing other peoples collections. Helps me see what is out there and what I'm missing in my collection. By the looks of it I am missing alot. As my next door neighbor would say at my old house "Cool Beans!"

This is the next display case. This one has my 1/24th scale NASCAR Stock Cars (Firebirds), IROC cars, IROC hats, and on the bottom shelf, my Pro Stock cars. All are by Action. Some are autographed too. This is the top half of the display case. Bottom half of the case. The case next to it has my NHRA Funny Cars. Here is the top half of the case. And the bottom half of the case. Also on the bottom shot, are my decantors, which only one still holds Wiskey. The others have corks that dried out, causing the Wiskey to dry out. Here is a close up of the decantors. I'll post more alittle later. Enjoy, George

Yep, We tend to get quite a few day of nothing but sun. Sometimes we get dust, which looks like smog. But sun alot out of the year. Like almost allways! ;D So, more with the tour. Next to the last glass display case, are these: A display of Hot Wheel Firebirds/Trans Ams. Next to this display, is some cabinets filled with Trans Am/Firebird discast, literature, and loose papers that I haven't gotten around to yet. On top of the cabinets, is a display for more Firebird/Trans Am Pro Stock, and Funny Cars by Racing Champions, over my collection of Pontiac Service VHS videos. All of these photos above, are along just one small wall of my garage. Next, I'll start showing what is above the glass display cases. Enjoy, George

WOW look at that clear blue sky, that awsome. The first year we were here I actually got sick of all the sunshine! I thought we were in some kind of protective bubble or something blocking the clouds from coming in. I missed the fog that came in from the beach where we lived in California!

Here are some more photos for you to see. Above the glass display cases, are my new, still in the never removed from the boxes, boxes of Trans Am and Formulas and Firebirds in 1/18th scale. These are my good ones (remember, the first set of dupes are opened, and displayed IN the glass display cases). Now, across from these glass display cases, and another set of glass display cases, filled with what else? Yep, more Trans Am/Firebird stuff. Above these cases, and more of my new in the box (never removed) 1/18th scale Trans Am/Formula/Firebird diecast! Now, I still need to get a few photos of my Whelly and Greenlight 1/18th diecast to post up here, after I take them! And here you thought I was done. Not! ;D Enjoy, George

I just need a chair in the middle of the room and take about half day to bask in the Trans Am glory and I'll be ok for at least a month. Great collection George.

Thanks for the kind words. But, this is just the tip of the iceberg! I have so much more to post! As I left off, I had to get a few more pics taken, and uploaded, which I just got finished. So, to go on from where I did leave off. My 1/18th scale Greenlight and Whelly Trans Am collection that is stacked right next to the Yat Mings. Notice the garage tool sets that are on the side? You gotta have tools! ;D I even have the best. Snap On! ;D Now, half of the Lane Exact Detail, the Yat Mings, and the Whelly and Greenlight 1/18th diecast, are sitting on another group of tall glass display cases, opposite the opened, shown 1/18th and racing 1/24th scale displayed cases. In other words, these are stacked over this cases. What are in these cases? Well, two of these tall glass display cases house my keeper collection of unbuilt Firebird/Trans Am models, in various scales. I will have to probably take some photos, as the case is now completely full. Next to these two cases, is another tall glass display case, which is filled with my 1/18th scale GTOs. Completely full, with no more room (time to get another tall glass display case, if I could just find the room!). Note: this picture was taken when I had in on the other part of the garage. It is just moved to another location. Next to this case, I have this. Another Hot Wheels rack, with what else? Duh! Hot Wheels. And some Jada. Over this rack, I have these. 3 big Remote Control 1972 Trans Ams, in 1/12th scale, never opened. I'll post up some more photos later on. Paul, You wouldn't see everything by sitting in the middle of the room. I have isles everywhere in my garage, to try to fit everything in. And only half a day? You would need more time for sure. I have had people out for weeks, and they still haven't seen everything I have! But, you are more than welcome to come on out and visit! ;D Enjoy, George

So, Now down another isle in the garage. This is along one side my one car. In front, a cabinet filled with different scale Diecast and plastic cars. Top of the cabinet. Middle of it. Bottom of the cabinet. More to come...... Enjoy, George
