Welcome! Let's see some cars here! I know I haven't tried to get the word out on this site, don't want to step on toes of other sites. Feel free to post some shots of your Trans Ams or Firebirds, and tell us something about them. I will be posting some shots in the next few days. So, let's see them! George

Well Dan, I have met him, by going to air shows, and such, but he use to fly with the Evergreen planes, at air shows. These planes were kept at Torrance Airport (I lived in Lomita, half a block from Torrance), and since my Dad and brother have aircraft based there, I always got to see the aircraft parked there. When they parked them outside, I just pulled up, got out, and took some photos. ;D No one ever said anything. So tell me, do you miss the '83 Trans Am? George

George I hear that in recent years Torrence has been trying to chase out those pesky old warbirds In favor of corporate Jets. Of course I miss the 83! I often tell my dad that for the $ he has dumped into his 99 we could have had one of the nicest 83's around. We sold it to a guy who enjoyed it for a while, then he got rearended in it, he was out of work for a while... He then sold it to his brother in law I believe... It would be a miracle if it was still around. If it had gotten some TLC it would have been an easy resto. Speaking of projects... any updates with your Birds?

Hi Dan! Torrance Airport was for awhile, but they seem to like them there now. As for updates, with winter here, I have been working on the garage, and trying to get some stuff origanzed. I even emptyed a few boxes. I tell ya, it's a great feeling finding stuff you haven't seen in years! ;D As for the cars, about the only things I've been doing, is buying some more parts, and working on a cash/trade on a 1970 California Ram Air 4 speed carb. The owner wants 3 grand for it. I am trying to keep my 1970 Ram Air 4 speed Federal carb, for the Ram Air IV engine. I want all the right stuff for the Ram Air III engine. Everytime I get money saved for the tranny rebuilt for the ragtop, I spend the money on house repair, and buy another gun. ;D On top of that, there is a gun show here next weekend. Looks like I will be spending money there as well. ;D I am buying another car this April, and it's Lincoln! 1966 4 door hardtop. ;D Hey! Did you see the car I just bought on ebay? ;D Cost plenty, huh? ;D George

Hey Big Spender! Any plans for that new Pontiac luxury car? Good score... I love those old Continentals too. I dont think I've ever seen a picture of yours though. So you've got a Lebaron now too? I'd say you better throw a screaming chicken on the hood so it fits in a bit better. Dont let it distract you from the 79 though! You've gotta get that baby ready for the summer... cause lets face it the T/A has the Lebaron beat in the cool department.

Dan, Funny on that car I bought on ebay. All I really wanted was the radio. I am borring my neighbor's trailer this week, and going to pick it up. I couldn't believe it. Gives new meaning to the slogan, "I'll buy that for a dollar!" We moved the ragtop to the driveway yesterday, gotta change the fuel lines (rubber ones) and the fuel pump. Got to order a new hood release cable, as I just found out that the hood won't open anymore (although I did get it opened), the cable has broken plastic, and is gummed up/rusty pretty bad. Do you know if Dal is still around? Got his info? I do intend to take the car in for a rebuilt tranny. Looks like I will also have to get a new tranny line as well, as I noticed a big wear hole right thru the line. It was rubbing against the inner fenderwell. I am still picking up lots of diecast. No more room in the display cabinets for any more IROCs/Race cars. Ya, that little LeBaron is fun with the top down. Gotta put the top up everyday though, lots of dust here. Any new diecast on your end? You ever get that 1/64th scale GTA by Greenlight yet? They have other paint schemes out as well. George

I remember the bananna boat! ;D I didn't know you sold the GTA. How come? As for the silver Formula, that car still lives on! Don't forget, I bought the rear hatch, and put it on Lisa's '91 Firebird. So, when are you coming out to visit? George

There were a few things that were bugging me about the GTA so I decided to sell it. I really liked it and hope to own one like it again. Same goes with the Daytona.
Most third gens in SC3G have a piece of that Formula. I'm not exaggerating.

Alex, I bought a 1996 Pontiac Bonneville here in Kingman, on ebay, for $1.04. Yes, a $1.04! All I wanted was the radio, but I got the whole car. So, not only am I selling Trans Am/Firebird parts, but now Bonneville parts! ;D You get any good deals lately? George

Well, I'm sure that alot of you know that I have a 1989 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am. Here she is at the Kingman 2007 Air Show. I also own a highly modded 1981 Special edition Turbo Trans Am. She is no longer a Special Edition, but a road car by far. And, a 1979 NCE converted convertible Trans Am. These are just a few cars that I own. I will post up more later. George
