Firebird Formula Fun! Here are some shots of several of the Formulas that were at the show. There were not too many 2nd Gen Formulas (But the T/A's were out in force). So, here we go... Great looking 73 (Please ignore the shadow of my dad on the fender. ) 1994 Formula with the rare white wheels. An original owner car. Three Formulas built by Hawks Thirdgen. The White car is sporting a 7.0 Liter MagnaCharged LS based engine. It is nicknamed the "Storm Trooper" (A Star Wars reference) The black car also had a blown LS engine. The dyno sheet showed over 600 HP I love it! Here is a 91 or 92 Formy equipped with the dealer installed SLP package. (And owner added R15's) Okfoz brought his newest toy to the show. It is a 305 TPI car, when it was painted by a previous owner they added the 350 decals. Here is another great looking 87 Formula. And three of them all lined up! Here is a sleek looking LT1 powered bird wearing some YearOne snow flakes. Red Formula White Formula Here is a rare one. 1998 WS6 1LE Formula in Sport Gold Metallic. One of one. And a 1999 WS6 1LE Formula. In Pewter this time. It was a former press/test car. Oh, and here is ANOTHER 1999 WS6 1LE Formula!  There was also a black 1998 WS6 1LE Formy there. 2001 NHRA Formula. All stock. I cant tell you when the last time I saw a bone stock NHRA car was... Very sharp Formula Vert. 1995 Formula Vert with a Ram Air hood added. That should do it for this evening.

Great photos Dan! I really love the three yellow third gen Formulas lined up together. And that interior shot of the white steering wheel? I have that exact steering wheel sitting on my work bench. I take it that there were no cars from Jim Matterson this time? How was the swap meet? Anything good (or that you picked up)? George

Nice pics Dan!!!
George, I don't think Jim Mattison has brought any cars for the past couple years. Things are very different at GM nowadays, and he can't get his hands on anything.

Ya, I know things are different. I just didn't know if he still brought cars from Pontiac or not. I know most have since sold. Was he even there? George

You bet he was there. Infact he was the first one we saw Saturday morning. He was chatting with the owner of 91 Firehawk #008 which was right next to our Comp. He had a big smile on his face. Saw him again at breakfast on Sunday. Haha.
He signed the hood of our Comp at Norwalk a while back.
More pictures coming soon. I think I'll do Firehawks next...

Very nice! For a minute there, I thought that was my blue 1970 Trans Am. It even has the standard bright blue interior like mine. Only I have black bezel rings around my instriments, and a white 4 speed ball on my Hurst shifter. I really like that car. Again Dan, great photos. George

Gee Dan, It sure took you along time to post up a 20th TTA picture. That's OK, you saved the best for last. Ha! Some more nice cars. That Hulk car is a new one I've never seen or heard of. Did it have any interior/engine mods? Thanks again for sharing, George
