Once before I tried this product and almost forgot about it. It's called Calyx and was developed by a car nut because he kept losing points with his show car. It's a fairly inexpensive metallic paste that can be easily applied and has great results. I know Eastwood carries it, but maybe others too. I did my 81SE about 3 months ago, and my 1980 pace over 2 years ago. Here's what this amazing product looks like applied... (a light coat) Here's my 1981 301T: it's great stuff! Joe

I wonder how it would work on the exhaust ports on my heads. Do you thank that it would keep the normal blue paint from burning off if I used this product then painted over it?
