Very nice collection. I use to have a few of those 1/8th scale Trans Am models, but sold off my dupes. If I get anymore, I won't do that again. And yes, this collecting can get additive. You have some great models, I need to get photos of all mine. I may even have a race car diecast of Shirley's cars. I know I have some dragster diecast in a big box somewhere. Thanks for sharing! ;D George

Well, I couldn't resist and I bought a few more. A friend of mine has been selling diecast cars for at least 20 years. When he buys a model to sell, he will order 2-3 models for himself and stashs them away. His collection is HUGE. He dug this one out for me. One of my favorite cars. 70 Mercury Cyclone Spoiler. Wish they made it in 1/18th scale.

Very nice! I too, get quite a few dupes to either sell off later, or repaint them if I ever get another chance. In case you don't know, I am into collecting those 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am diecast. I have a fairly huge amount of them. By chance, do you know the number on the bottom of your 20th TTA? If unopened, just slit the tape on the side, then open the box. Once you pull it out, the number is marked in the white painted small box on the bottom of the car. You may have to unscrew the car from the base. Then, you just put it all back together so no one knows. If you find the number, PM me. I am after my car number, #231. Also, since I have many friends with these cars, even trying to help them get their car number. So, looking for car numbers 1550 and below. Same with any other 20th TTA diecast you may have. The newer 20th TTAs have an open window to see the number thru the box. As for that Lucerne Blue Trans Am, very nice. I have two, one still new in the box, and one on display. I have had no luck finding any others unopened. The plastic wraps on the hood, and thru the interior are always gone, letting you know it was opened. I do have spares in white. George
