Wow Dan! Some nice photos of some fantastic displays! I have never seen displays like that. I love seeing all those old Wille's jeeps and that AA gun. The planes are beautiful as well. I love those F4Us. One of my favorite WWII planes. Glad you had fun in the B-17. Now, how many more missions, before they send you home? ;D I use to tease my frind Bill, who was from Conn., that he only had 6 more missions to go, before they would sent him back to Conn. All his friends offered to buy him 6 more rides, if he would move back. ;D It was all in fun. BTW, this was my brother's T-28 he sold awhile ago. www.flightlinedigital.com/t28D.htmThat's him and his son (18 yo) flying) He does miss it, but not paying for the gas. Great to see you back, as you have been gone for awhile. George

Glad you like the pics George. I'll try and post some more. There was a ton of stuff to see there. I try and go every year. B-17, (3) B-25's, (2) TBM's, (2) FG-1D Corsair, P-40, P-47, P-51... etc... Jeeps, tanks, 1/2 tracks, armor, etc... Havent been posting much lately...cause I've been working...at work! ;D Crazy huh? Talk about unfair...its really cutting into my message board time, haha.

Wow! What beautiful German vehicles! Just before I moved out here, I found a group of Historical Reenactors that are into the German stuff. I was thinking of joining them. Out here, all we can reenact is Iraq. ;D But no one wants to were rags on their heads. Just kidding! More great photos Dan, I love them. I know you had a blast! George

Cool pics Dan! I just wish I had a camera when George's brother Pete took me up in his T-34A Mentor and flew me around Catalina Island! It was kinda scary flying over the Pacific Ocean Even scarier when he banked the plane on it's side so all I had to do was just turn my head to the left and there was the ocean!! Looked for whales and/or dolphins, but didn't see any Never been to Catalina, but I can say I flew around the whole island ;D
