Just got back.

Hi all!
I just got back from a mini vacation to Florida.
I hung out in Daytona for almost three weeks, riding a Harley all over.
So weird to see nothing but green, as I am used to seeing nothing but all tan and browns.
In case you don't know, I live in the desert now.
It's taking some getting use to being home.
And driving a car/truck.
Miss the Harley already!
Now I know that everyone likes seeing cars and such, so here's a photo of something.

This is the bike I was riding around out there.
Got to see Daytona, and took some photos.
No Pace Cars there, just some race cars.
The gift shop is all 2008 stuff, and no programs.
No biggie, got some cool stuff, and took some photos.
Florida is very nice, but very humid.
Cars are all rusty, at least the ones I saw.
I do miss the beach, even though they don't have waves.
I don't know how they surf, I am so used to the West Coast.

No, believe it or not, it is kinda expensive there.
Property tax is higher there than here.
So many beautiful homes though.
Alot are in fenced area community, with large association fees.
My brother pays $1,300.00 per month, in a aircraft community.
I'll show you pictures when you come out.
Saw a few fourth gens, but I did see the car I like the most now, Challengers!
They look so mean driving on the street!
Only thirdgens that I saw, were all Camaros.
No second gens or first gens.
I am looking at Harleys alot now. ;D

Those Challengers are totally badass. I've seen a few SRT-8's around here.

I stopped and looked at a basemodel SE a few weeks back... The dealer had a 9,000 mark up on it, haha.

Did your brother move out there? Does he still have his T-34's?

He has the house as his vacation house.
But he seems to be there more than a normal vacation. ;D
He has one T-34 there, the other out in Los Angeles.
He wants both there in Florida.
He is trying to get me to move out there.
Some really nice houses, and close to here:

It was fun shopping and hearing the race cars going around the track all day.
They have a Daytona Experience where you can drive a NASCAR around the track.
Ya, it's funny on the Challenger.
Sales are down this month, yet all the dealerships have almost a 10 grand markup.
Reminds me of the end of the Trans Am line.
Sales were down, yet Dealerships were asking 10 grand over, and getting them.
I remember seeing 2002s at Las Vegas a year later, and they were selling for 10 grand over.
