Well, I finally got my 1989 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Am diecast in 1/18th scale by Greenlight. It is the actual pace car for the 1989 Indy 500 race. Overall, a beautiful piece. A few small flaws, like black seatbelts, the "Turbo" too high under the bird on the taillights, no lettering on the wheelcaps, and a grey dash, not black. All these things can be fixed by a modeler for sure, which I just may do one. One thing I do like, is the 1989 Pontiac liense plate (which I have in 1:1 scale. ;D Anyway, onto the photos: Looks good next to the 25th Anniversary Trans Am diecast. I'll have to get photos of all the Anniversary cars together. Enjoy, George

Since I got the 1/18th scale diecast, I just had to get all the accessories for the garage to go with it. Only the best. ;D George

Nice, now you can fix it if it breaks. It looks like 1:1 TTA prices may be slumping a bit with the current economy. (Although the 1:18 are still high, hehe) My dad came home yesterday and was telling me about the TTA's on ebay... Hmmm I've got to get to work on him. haha

Ya, I noticed that on both scales too. I can't find a 20th TTA diecast for under $52.00! I do notice that prices on 1/1 scale cars is dropping too. Keep working on your Dad! ;D George
