I tend to travel abit, And this last time, within a week of getting home from Daytona Beach, Florida, I went on a trip to Amarillo, Texas. Why? To drop off a project T-34 Mentor aircraft, for some AD work. The aircraft is my brother's, and it is his 3rd project. Second one from the ground up. His first project is finished, and flying already. This one will be awhile yet. Here are some photos of the trip. First, in front of my house, as we get ready to leave. On the road. At the shop. With a few others. Some finished ones there at the shop. [ And, outside the shop. So far, I have had 3 T-34 Mentors parked in my backyard. And quite a few fly over real low, along with a T-28 Trojan. Didn't get any pictures of the Hooter's girls, they weren't quite up to speed for me. Just 3 days of 16-18 hour days driving. It was fun though. Hope you like the photos, George

We trucked them down from Denver, Colorado a few years ago. I had both at the same time, sitting in my back yard. So far, I've had three planes in my backyard here in Kingman. I may have a record. September hum, Street Drags by chance? ;D George

Dan, I have been taking tons of Warbird photos! Got to visit a Warbird Museum in Florida, who is helped by a few friends I met there (in my brother's fly-in house), who also own T-34s. Took a ton of photos there. We had a Russian Hind overfly our house the other month, real low too, and it was gone by the time I ran into the house to grab the camera. I'll have to see if lisa can transfer them to a photo CD for you. I don't have a clue how to do that. Or, you can feel free to come on out again, and use our computer to do it. ;D Then you can check out the rest of my collection. Ha! George
