Beautiful shots! I love it! I really like road racing/autocrossing much better than straight line drag racing. It is such a blast! Post up more if you get a chance. Got any shots of your interior? Thanks for sharing, George

Thanks for sharing, George Thanks George! I do a bunch of different things with the car. It's not the best at anything but a lot of fun! I'm going to go to the strip a couple times this winter and probably a road track day or two. I was going to take it Land Speed Racing but it's welded into the trailer at the moment (long story) LOL I've got pics of just about everything! LOL Here's a few interior shots. Full roll cage Kirkey # 63 full containment NASCAR seats (modified) 6.5 passenger area fire system 10 lb engine/fuel system fire system Autometer engine monitoring with stock style speedo, fuel gauge and tach Shift light built into stock style tach Line lock button on shifter and light built into shifter bezel MSD and fuel pump switches on custom mount with fire system pulls next to shifter. Still has heat, stereo, windshield wipers etc.

Very nice! I have never seen a roll bar through the seats before. It looks really good. Good luck this winter. Welded to the trailer? Sounds intresting. ;D I'd heard of theft deterrents, but this one is something. George

Sounds intresting. ;D I'd heard of theft deterrents, but this one is something. George The rear bars go through the seat to make it easier to weld 360 degrees by the ceiling and keep the bars high on the main hoop and provide better support for the area where the shocks mount. On a unibody car there's no good real reason to go way back to the shackle mount area in the trunk unless you're removing the seatback support and putting an X between the rear bars for stiffness. I was at an LSR in the everglades and when I went to put the car in the trailer the hinges busted off the trailer and the car fell. No damage to the car. I borrowed ramps from an open trailer, put the car in, and had help picking the rear door/ramp in place. After going home etc I had a guy try to weld it up but without real success, now the door can't be opened. I'll have to cut the hinges back off then remove the door, install new metal and then install new hinges.

Ah, The way you first put it, I thought the car was welded to the trailer. George

Nice pics! Everytime you show pics of your car I start to drool! I love the inside of the car. It must be fun to hear the engine waking up after turning the key!

I love the sound of the sidepipes. A nice deep mellow tone. It's actually much quieter than you'd think in the car because they point away. The only time it's loud in the car is when near a jersey barrier or solid wall. Athough the pipes aren't really loud the vibration is just right for setting off car alarms in parking garages and on city streets! LOL
