Had a friend stop by and visit us.

Friday,
We had a friend from the internet stop by.
Allan from Canada, with his brother, stopped by and visited with us.
He came with his brother Neil, and they both got the grand tour.
I even got to talk with their parents, on their phone.
I had met his parents before, as they stopped by awhile ago, and picked up some parts Allan bought from me.
This time, he got away with my first book (autographed ), and some plastic models.
We are glad they came by, as they said everytime they come down this way, it rains.
Guess what?
It poured!
They got to see my driveway flood, and my small lake behind the garage. ;D
I think they enjoyed the visit, as they did stay for quite awhile.
It didn't bother me, I like showing friends what I have collected throughout the years.
They both did say that they will be back for sure! ;D

Sound like fun, I can't wait to get out and see you one of these days. Little inside info for you, Aug of 2011 I get 3 weeks vac. So I'm planing a road trip with the TA or the GTO. And cruising rt 66 till I hit the big lake. And you are on the list of stops.

It would be super to meet you and the family face to face, after all this internet talking for years between us.
The weather should be getting slightly cooler around that time.
In the first week of November, we will be at the SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
As time comes closer for you to visit, let us know, we can check on car shows for you.
