Yesterday was a very busy day for me. I had to wash the 1966 Lincoln, and get it ready for latter in the day. See, I helped some people yesterday. A fantastic older couple wanted to celebrate their 66th Anniversary, with a 1966 car, on Route 66. So, I took my 1966 Lincoln 4 door down to the Powerhouse, to let them stand in front of the car, and in the car, to pose for pictures for the local newspaper (The Daily Miner and the Hometown Crier). They are in their 80s, and their son and daughter were both there. They all loved my car (There was a '66 Chevelle there as well) and everyone took alot of photos. We finished just in time, as a huge rainstorm came thru Kingman, flooding all the streets. We stood there, under the Powerhouse's roof, watching everybody drive thru the flooded streets. Who knew it rains in Kingman, Arizona? Not people driving Jeeps or motorcycles! And what a time to find out that my car doesn't have working wipers! Well, now I know! It was a fun day, even with the rain. When I got home, everything was almost dry. So, it flooded where I was, and hardly anything at home. The nice thing was the cool air from the rain. We finally dropped into the 80s during the day. That was nice for once. George

Keith, That is a beautiful Lincoln. That would be a nice addition to my collection. I keep working on getting my Dad's ragtop Lincoln from him. ;D But he won't let it go. George
