love the picture of the 1980 turbo ta.
I am shocked they didn't catch the image was reversed.
Nice pictures BTW.
is the blury pictures with the show girls a common occurance, maybe it's the photographer and not the camera... LOL
I like the radial engine bike too. Now thats a custom bike in my book.
Can I admit here that I am a closet fan of the challenger as well.
The camaro, just doesn't seem to do it for me when compared to the challeneger.
As a firebird fanatic, I am kinda liking the F5 the best. I think it would p[robably be even more stunning in vert form... simple but effective design.
Don't get me wrong, I appreciate all of the other "what could'a been 5th generation" variants; each one has some pretty amazing design ideas in their own right, just none are a complete package that makes me say wow.
The guy down the street from me had a lincoln of the vintage you like when I was growing up. It had the sucide rear doors and was black. Really nice car that his wife used as a daily driver. I like the one here with those big flat custom wheels, it looked like a well thought out and finished looking car.
of all the things I have been involved with in the past, I never ever made it to SEMA. Some day I am going to go.

I really think it's the camera, As both of us took photos with it. I did notice on the very last day, the screen would focus, then get blurly just as you pressed the button. About half the time. I must admit that I have taken hundreds of photos with this camera, so it looks like new camera time. Lisa has taken lots of photos with this camera as well, and after all, she is the one taking the photos with me and the girls. ;0 I agree, I kinda like that F5 conversion. Simple yet functional. SEMA is by far, one of the best car shows to go to. And you get to meet the best people there as well. Nice to have you here, and posting. Welcome. George

I'm stunned, as usual....great everything, all the way around!
Great shots George! I'm sure this was a very memorable time!
Thanks for sharing the "experience".
I like the 5th gen stuff, and many versions came out well. It's no secret I like Kevin's work, though!

Excellent pictures George! I have a question: Is SEMA open to the public or invite only?

Lots of nice eye candy George. Some absolutely beautiful cars. I'd take any one of those 5th gen conversions over the Camaro. Thanks for the pics.

Anyone can go and look at the cars outside, and there are qyuite a few outside. However, to get inside, you have to work or be involved with the automotive industry somehow. Then, send in your app, with the money required (I think it's $25.00), and you just pick up your badge, and you can go inside. Quite a few people just buy a business license for selling car parts on the internet (from your local city), or have a business license for car detailing (again, thru your local city). It does cost money to do this, but it's a sure fire way to have what you need, to go to SEMA. If you have friends with body shops, you may be able to use their license (as long as they say it's OK). Hope this helps, George

Thanks for the info George. I want to go someday. I have friends I can ask for the use of their license.

Cool! Just give yourself an extra day or two. That way, you can stop by and visit us here. We are just 100 miles south of Las Vegas. I'll give you a tour of my place. George

George, I'd like to share your F5-TA pics with my friends on Michigan F-body, would you object ?? I'm really liking that conversion too, and don't think to many people have seen or heard of F5-TA (at least I know I hadn't until now)..........Also nice pics of the ladies there too.
