I hope these come out. Greenlight already did the 1980 Indy Pace Car in 1/18th scale. It was a Yat Ming car, with a center shaker scoop car. Wrong hood by far. This car now goes for up to $200.00 and as low as around $60.00. I have been holding off on this one because it's wrong. I hope they do come out with the two cars shown. They were to have had a 1974 Trans Am and a 1976 Trans Am in 1/64th scale for quite some time, and now said they won't be doing them. I would love to see a diecast company do a car from all four generations. Not come out with them so many years apart like Johnny Lightning. To me, Greenlight has the best detail for the price. Heck, I would love to see Lane/Exact Detail do second and third gens. Oh ya, and fourth gens too. Thanks for the head's up, George

Ha! Don't worry. they are not 20th Anniversary Turbo Trans Ams. I will only try for 2 of each. One to keep in the box, one to open and put on display in the glass display case. George

Just spotted these tonight. I sure hope santa leaves one under the tree. I love that they added a Turbo hood for the pace car. It would be fun to have one side by side with the Yatming shaker hood version. George you should get one of the SE's and modify it to look like your whale tail car.

I would, if I could figure out how to do a whaletail build. And find some really good 1/18th scale Recaro seats. You guys know me, I'll be getting a couple of each of those. George

Don, I'd leave it alone. It is going for some high dollars now. Don't know if the worth will drop, once these correct ones hit in force. George
