15th Annv Daytona Pace Car picture

One of the guys on earlythirdgen.com shared this photo, and I thought I'd pass it along here too.

Now the questions is, did the door lettering match in color to the rest of 15th Annv striping or is it black in color??? It appears to be darker in color than Trans Am lettering, but of course hard to say being a black & white photo.

That is a Pontiac Press Photo.
I have not seen up close photos of the Pace Car for Daytona that year.
All the photos I have seen, are very small.
It is hard to find color Press Photos from way back.
I think it is blue, but it could be much darker than the decals on the 15th.
