Some of you know I've been busy, while at home.
A neighbor died, and left pretty much everything to his 72 year old girlfriend.
She doesn't drive, or have a car (the other family members got them).
So, she wants her garage cleared out.
I have been working over there quite a bit.
Cleaning out her garage, as well as cleaning up her yard, which is a half acre like mine.
I have been raking, sweeping, pulling weeds, and cutting grass, as well as trimming trees and bushes.
As for cleaning out her garage, I got all kinds of things that are cool.
I took some photos of some of them to post up for you all to see.
This is a cool gas torch. It is about 6 inches tall.
This is a 4 speed gear knob, that looks just like the one in my 1959 Chevy Apache pickup truck.
This is a 1972 Matchbox catalog.
I, as a kid, have a 1968 one.
So I will add this to my collection.
This is a hardbound pocket sized book.
From 1956.
Has a list of where to get parts and such.
Really cool.
This rock has what looks like big piece of gold in it.
Who knows?
I don't.
I'll have to take in somewhere, to find out.
I thought it was cool.
